Charlotte Bradley and Jane Keir address Q&A in Tatler about how addictions are considered when resolving finances on separation or divorce

Jane Keir, partner and Charlotte Bradley, partner and head of department in our Family and Divorce team,  have written for Tatler as part of Tatler SOS Experts’ corner dealing with a question about gambling addiction and how it can impact on family finances during a divorce. The article also includes advice from divorce consultant, Laura Rosefield and family barrister Barbara Mills QC.

In the article Charlotte and Jane address the legal and practical issues a spouse should consider as well as addressing how the courts have brought into account monies wasted by a spouse on addictions such as gambling.
