Matthew Drayton was left in severe pain and discomfort in his back after he sneezed. He went to his GP, followed by his local hospital who discharged him saying it was nerve damage. After a second opinion, he discovered he had Cauda Equina Syndrome and had emergency surgery to remove the compression to his spinal nerves narrowly avoiding paralysis to his lower body. Here is his story.
