Meningitis is a life-threating infection. It strikes very quickly and unless it is treated promptly there can be devastating consequences including death, severe brain damage, loss of hearing and vision, and when septicaemia (blood poisoning) also occurs, which is often the case, this can lead to amputation of limbs.

All change! LCCCP becomes CPotential (and hosts a wonderful CPotential Constellation Event)
I was delighted to attend the CPotential Constellation Event event, held at the Mercers’ Hall in the City of London. We were welcomed by CEO Jo Honigmann, who explained that the London Centre for Children with Cerebral Palsy has changed its name to CPotential.
