Administrative Court Overturns NMC Strike-Off: Key Lessons for Regulators and Prosecutors

The UK Border Agency (UKBA) has announced that the Tier 1 (Exceptional Talent) category of the points-based system is now open. The route is designed for those people who are – or have the potential to be - internationally recognised in the arts or sciences. Applications may only be made by those outside the UK – applicants cannot switch into this route from inside the UK.
