Kingsley Napley’s Medical Negligence Team ‘walks together’ with the Dame Vera Lynn Children’s Charity

Employers who are registered as Tier 2 sponsors have a duty to inform the UK Border Agency (UKBA) of changes to their arrangements with migrant employees caused by structural reorganisation.
Any change in the corporate form of a sponsor must be reported to the UKBA, no matter how seemingly innocuous. For example, even the change of a sponsor's company name would need to be disclosed, as would the transfer of employees from the sponsor to another entity in the same group (regardless of whether this is a TUPE transfer).
Sponsors unsure as to their position should take advice from their Kingsley Napley representative.
