Administrative Court Overturns NMC Strike-Off: Key Lessons for Regulators and Prosecutors

From 1 October 2011, applications for a Restricted Certificate of Sponsorship will be made through the Sponsor Management System (SMS) instead of the current online application form. Transitional arrangements will be in place from 6 September 2011. A more detailed update will follow shortly, but sponsors should be aware that the way applications for Restricted CoSs are made will soon change.
