Removal of Trustees
Law Firms - Criminal Advice
We regularly advise corporate clients and other types of organisations, including law firms, on cases covering the full spectrum of the criminal law.
Changing Your Solicitor or Obtaining a Second Opinion
Experience shows that getting the best advice at the outset is critical. The advice you receive can be costly and all the more so if it is wrong. We frequently speak with clients who are not receiving the support they should and therefore regularly take over cases from other solicitors at the beginning or part way through.
Trusts and Divorce
We have a wealth of experience dealing with complex trust structures in the context of divorce proceedings, which can present a number of difficulties that may involve questions of enforcement, trustee cooperation or the involvement of other beneficiaries.

How do I Pay?
Family law work is, by its nature, unpredictable and so we will provide you with regular costs estimates as matters develop. We will also bill you regularly (usually monthly) and provide you with a full breakdown of the time spent on your file during that period.
Interveners and Third Party Claims on Divorce
When couples divide assets as part of financial proceedings on divorce, others may lay a claim to or have a vested interest in parts of these assets. If one of the parties challenges that interest, then the third party may be required to intervene in the proceedings. It is essential that the correct strategy is adopted from the outset in these cases, which is something our team prides itself on getting absolutely right.
