Darcy is part of the specialist Kingsley Napley team working on matters relating to fire safety law and, health and safety. She also works on matters involving a range of other regulators.
Darcy is well-versed in litigated matters and enjoys assisting clients to navigate the justice system. She has experience advising listed and private companies, individuals, and government clients, who are subject to civil and criminal regulatory investigations and prosecutions. She has a particular interest, and experience, with matters involving the workplace. This has included representing clients throughout investigations and prosecutions by health and safety regulators.
Darcy joined Kingsley Napley in November 2024 after relocating to London from Melbourne. She was admitted to practice in Australia in December 2020.
In addition, Darcy has also consistently contributed to pro bono work throughout her career.
