E-Regulator: R (on the application of Kaur) v Institute of Legal Executives Appeal Tribunal [2011] EWCA Civ 1168

This was an application by K, who was a student member of the Institute of Legal Executives (ILEX), against a decision refusing to grant her judicial review application concerning allegations of apparent bias by ILEX and its appeal tribunal.

E-Regulator: Nursing and Midwifery Council v David Miller [2011] EWHC 2601 (Admin)

Registered Nurse, David Miller, was initially made subject to an interim suspension order in May 2009 in relation to allegations of dishonesty and aggressive conduct towards patients and members of the public.
