Harris v Miller – are the floodgates open for personal injury claims being brought against horse owners?
Following the decision in Harris v Miller, horse owners will have to assess whether a rider is a ‘good match’ for their horse before letting them ride it, to avoid being found negligent and potentially ordered to pay out significant sums in compensation.

Kingsley Napley “Goes the Distance” with the SIA for Spinal Injuries
On the 18th of September 2016, members of the Kingsley Napley clinical negligence team will participate in the second edition of the annual Going the Distance walk organised by the Spinal Injury Association (SIA). The purpose of this event is this to fundraise for the SIA whilst raising public awareness of the realities of living with a spinal cord injury.
