About Stratify

Stratify was created to help investors and legal businesses find commercial solutions to regulatory issues. Its aim is to help businesses fulfil their potential by finding a path through regulatory complexity.

To achieve its mission, Stratify has brought together Crispin Passmore, a leading consultant of legal business regulation with Kingsley Napley’s unrivalled legal expertise in legal services regulation.

Stratify serves a number of clients on exciting work across the UK, the US and beyond. This includes Investors, law firms and legal businesses that value the Board and C-Suite level advice. Clients include private equity, investment banks, law firms, alternative providers, professional services firms, start-ups and more.

Who we work with

Our Strategic Regulatory Advisory service team work with a portfolio of only very select clients. They are often retained or repeat customers.

You know your business better than anyone. We can add an alternative view and effective challenge based on a deep knowledge of the legal market and its regulatory environment. That means we will not take your challenges, issues or problems away and send you a standardised solution.

We will work with you, your colleagues and teams to develop bespoke solutions. We work closely with ethics lawyers in the US and other jurisdictions, and can draw on the expertise of an international network other legal experts whenever their advice is required.

If we need to talk to your customers, conduct surveys or commission research we can help with that too. In addition, we have a wide network of other experts to access if we cannot deliver all that you need alone.

We know that good ideas need organisational ownership if they are ever to be delivered. We will help you navigate your governance and build organisational buy-in to any solutions we develop.

Giving you a choice of a day rate, fixed fees for specific projects, or the security of a monthly retainer that ensures we are more readily available, we will deliver value for money. Whatever your choice you can be assured that we will focus on what you want.

Our preference is to work with only a small number of select clients. Our portfolio of work is usually a mix of discrete projects and on-going retained relationships, so we can be flexible and respond to urgent issues quickly.
