Kingsley Napley is pleased to report revenues of £77.3m for year ended 31 March 2026, up 8% on last year’s results.
This translates into a net profit of £23.3m, similarly up 8% on last year, while the PEP has increased 4% to £413k.
These results represent positive momentum for Kingsley Napley as it unveils a strategic vision for growth under the leadership of new Managing Partner Matt Meyer, who took office on 1 April 2025. The new strategy highlights the firm’s expertise in our core areas – advisory and transactional, disputes and investigations, private client and family – while remaining agile, flexible and responsive to opportunities and market shifts.
It also ensures Kingsley Napley maximises its strengths as a proudly independent law firm, guided by an approach which is entrepreneurial, international in outlook, and underpinned by data and innovation. It has also seen the launch of a bold new visual identity which will reinforce our independence and ambition.
Matt said:
I am very pleased with these results, but even more excited for the next phase of our journey, which I expect will see us achieve a real step-change in our growth and profitability. Our new strategy is not simply about financial results, however. It is about success measured in the widest sense – by our impact on clients, on the law, on the communities we serve and the growth of our colleagues. I am a strong believer in performance with purpose, and this is how I wish us to be judged going forward. Over the coming years I am confident we will begin to see the fruits of this clearly defined commercial direction and the investments we are already making in our business.”
The year saw Kingsley Napley continue to invest in the next generation of legal talent, with new partners Kelly Greig, Silvia Devecchi, Romilly Holland, Tim Lowles, Tristan Cox-Chung, Paul Davidoff and Kiran Vasudeva bringing their breadth of expertise and sector knowledge to the firm. It also accelerated its investment in technology through a collaboration with Kalisa to launch KNavigate – an AI-driven knowledge platform being rolled out to both clients and employees. The firm also further bolstered its reputation as one of the most highly regarded law firms in the country, with the Criminal Defence practice being named Financial Crime and Investigations team of the Year at the Chambers HNW awards and the firm recognised at the FT Innovative Lawyers Awards for its collaboration with tech startup Let’s Think. In addition, it’s REACH employee network was named the Outstanding Ethnicity Network of the Year at the British Diversity Awards.
