Richard Foss, Head of Dispute Resolution at Kingsley Napley, comments:
“Increasingly, our work has an international focus and is multi-jurisdictional. Our international arbitration practice is in demand, not least because more of our clients across a broader range of industries are choosing to submit their disputes to arbitration. We are delighted to add Romilly’s expertise to the capabilities we already offer clients in this vibrant area.”
Romilly Holland comments:
“I am very much looking forward to working with James and my new colleagues at Kingsley Napley. The firm has strong relationships in France, and I look forward to adding to these. Our experience is highly complementary, and I am confident that together we can continue to grow this area of work, given international arbitration is an ever more popular route for clients seeking to resolve disputes.”
