We advise those who are subject to health and safety, and corporate manslaughter investigations. We advise on fire safety management and represent those subject to enforcement activity by fire and rescue services.
We advise clients on all aspects of the design, procurement and construction of commercial and residential real estate developments including works relating to the removal and/or replacement of defective or unsafe cladding, as well as advising on liability for remediation costs.
We advise clients on Building Safety Regulator (BSR) compliance as well as defending against enforcement notices and representing them in regulatory investigations before the BSR.
