Indefinite leave to remain (with your family): how the Immigration White Paper proposals will stunt opportunities for the children of migrants
Nicolas Rollason
Our immigration team has extensive experience working with businesses and organisations that have encountered difficulties with UKVI – whether with audits and sponsor licence checks, suspensions or even following revocations.
We help challenge UKVI and to represent our clients to ensure that decisions are made in accordance with the law. We have worked with clients to recover situations where possible and have sponsor licences reinstated, or if this is not possible, we help find alternative options for existing sponsored staff to obtain immigration permission to stay in the UK.
We can make judicial review applications to challenge the legality and reasonableness of UKVI decisions in certain circumstances. Although we realise that this is a time-consuming and expensive option and prioritise other approaches when we can.
If you encounter difficulties or are requested to provide representations or documentation to UKVI, please feel free to contact our immigration team.
