About Ella
Ella is a paralegal in the Immigration team and assists clients with a range of applications, including Skilled Worker visas, Indefinite Leave to Remain, and Naturalisation.
She studied Law at the University of Bristol, after which she completed an internship at the Embassy of Finland in London.
Prior to joining Kingsley Napley in 2025, Ella worked as an Access to Legal Services Advisor at a legal advice centre, gaining experience in social welfare law, family law, and employment law.
