Tarah is a public and regulatory lawyer who advises clients on a wide range of regulatory and professional discipline matters.
Tarah has advised a variety of regulated organisations on compliance with their regulatory requirements and, having previously advised a legal services regulator on their own obligations, she has a strong understanding of the legal services regulatory framework. She now supports large law firms and individuals on SRA-related matters, including general compliance following Mazur (such as effective supervision), reportability, conflicts of interest and ongoing investigations.
Before joining Kingsley Napley, Tarah worked in government, where she gained valuable experience in public sector decision-making and regulatory frameworks as well as in public law.
