About Nisha
Nisha is the Collections and Recoveries Lead (Solicitor) in the Dispute Resolution team, specialising in debt recovery and collections matters.
Nisha has extensive experience developing recovery strategies and managing matters through all stages of the recovery process, from pre-action engagement and settlement negotiations to litigation, enforcement and recovery proceedings. Alongside her debt recovery practice, she has broad experience in commercial litigation, including breach of contract and professional negligence claims.
Drawing on her wider disputes experience, Nisha is adept at assessing matters at an early stage and identifying the most effective route to recovery. She regularly handles both contested and uncontested claims and has experience of achieving successful outcomes through negotiation, litigation and enforcement action.
