Daniel is an Associate in our Real Estate team. He has experience in most areas of commercial and residential real estate matters, acting for national and SME developers, local authorities, landowners, borrowers, lenders, investors, landlords and tenants.

  • Conditional contracts, options and rights of pre-emption

  • Secured lending, acting for both banks and borrowers
  • Acquisition and disposal of investment property, including portfolio acquisitions and disposals  
  • Lease negotiations on behalf of landlords and tenants
  • Asset management for landlords, dealing with lease renewals, licences to assign/underlet/clatter along with other landlord and tenant issues. 

Recent work

  • Acting on the acquisition of a multi-let building in London for over £40m
  • Acting for the owner of a mixed use sustainable urban development with outline planning consent for 5,500 dwellings, schools, local centre facilities and associated infrastructure. Dealing with section agreements and site set up, in additional to disposal of land parcels to house builders.
  • Acting for a private individual on the acquisition of a Grade II listed public house with bed and breakfast.
  • Acting for an owner occupier on the acquisition of its new office premises in West London for c.£8m.
  • Acting for a BVI client on the grant of a lease to a well-known retailer in the West End.

Further information

Daniel qualified in 2015 and was previously at Birketts LLP before joining Kingsley Napley in 2019.

In his spare time, Daniel is a keen sportsman. He enjoys watching all sports, playing football and golf and spending time with his wife and two children.
