Dan is a Partner in our Real Estate team. He has experience in most areas of commercial and residential real estate matters, acting for national and SME developers, local authorities, landowners, borrowers, lenders, investors, landlords and tenants.

  • Acting for an international airline on its general estate management, including the leasing and development of hangarage at its UK base
  • Working with a US based investor on the acquisition and development of commercial use sites throughout the UK
  • Acting on the acquisition of a multi-let building in London for over £40m
  • Representing an international retailer on its growing portfolio of stores, advising upon all aspects of its leasing transactions
  • Acting for the owner of a mixed use sustainable urban development with outline planning consent for 5,500 dwellings, schools, local centre facilities and associated infrastructure. Dealing with section agreements and site set up, in additional to disposal of land parcels to house builders.
  • Acting for a private individual on the acquisition of a Grade II listed public house with bed and breakfast.
  • Acting for an owner occupier on the acquisition of its new office premises in West London for c.£8m.
  • Acting for various clients using funds that have derived from crypto to purchase their homes and investment properties

Dan qualified in 2015 and joined Kingsley Napley in 2019 before being promoted to Senior Associate in March 2021.  

In his spare time, Dan is a keen sportsman. He enjoys watching all sports, playing football and golf and spending time with his wife and three children.
