We act for a variety of clients who may be publicly listed or private companies both UK based and offshore, each of which has their own unique requirements when investing in commercial real estate. By being commercially focused, we are able to align the advice we give with our client's commercial aims and objectives.

We work closely with other teams in the firm and in particular with our construction, corporate and banking lawyers, so that we are able to offer a multi-disciplinary service and to advise clients on the most appropriate way of structuring and financing any given transaction. We also work closely with our client's other professional advisors and we pride ourselves on our proactive approach in getting involved in the early stages of a deal, for instance, advising on 'heads of terms' at the outset of the transaction.

We act on highly complex and time critical deals. Please see our recent transaction page for a sample of some of the deals our team have been involved with.
