Charlotte is an Associate in the Dispute Resolution team. She has wide-ranging litigation experience, with a particular interest in civil fraud and commercial disputes.
Charlotte’s experience includes acting on civil fraud matters, applications for injunctive relief, claims for breach of contract and major disclosure exercises. She has a broad commercial litigation practice and has acted on a wide range of disputes, including those with a cross-border element.
Charlotte is on the Young Fraud Lawyers Association committee and is an active member of the Junior London Solicitors Association.

Recent Experience
- Acting for an entrepreneur in a fraud claim, including obtaining a worldwide freezing order;
- Acting for a HNWI in relation to the submission of proofs of debt in liquidation proceedings;
- Acting for a claimant in long-running litigation that involved complex issues of English and foreign law; and
- Acting in a variety of debt recovery matters.
