Charlotte is a trainee solicitor at Kingsley Napley and is currently in her second seat with the Family & Divorce team. Charlotte joined the firm in September 2024.
Before joining Kingsley Napley, Charlotte worked at the Law Commission of England and Wales in the Criminal Law team where she undertook research on evidence in sexual offence prosecutions and the legislation surrounding contempt of court. Charlotte also worked at Reprieve, Amicus and the Oxford Death Penalty Research Unit where she researched and assisted on various death penalty cases across the United States and South East Asia.
Charlotte read Law at Durham University where she obtained a first class degree, with a year abroad spent studying at the University of Western Australia. Charlotte also has a Master’s degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Oxford and recently completed the SQE and Master’s in Legal Practice at the University of Law.
