Alice joined Kingsley Napley as a Paralegal in the Family and Divorce team in May 2018.
Alice is fluent in French, having grown up in France. She assists the partners and associates in the family team with a range of cases including divorce proceedings, urgent applications and litigation in relation to both financial and children matters. She liaises with clients, counsel, experts and other third parties.
Alice is actively involved in cases; translating legal documents and drafting statements in French, preparing court documents and bundles, collating financial disclosure and researching points of law. She regularly attends client meetings, conferences with counsel and court hearings on the cases she works on.
Alice studied French, English and American Law at University Paris Ouest. She subsequently completed their Bilingual Masters in French Law and Common Law, and an LLM in International Law and International Relations at the University of Kent.
