Alice is a trainee solicitor at Kingsley Napley and is currently in her first seat in the Regulatory team.
Alice joined Kingsley Napley in 2018 as a paralegal in the Family team. She was offered a training contract with the firm in 2020.
Alice is fluent in French, having grown up in France. Prior to commencing her training contract, Alice assisted partners and associates in the family team with a range of cases including divorce proceedings, urgent applications and litigation in relation to both financial and children matters.
She was actively involved in cases; translating legal documents and drafting statements in French, preparing court documents and bundles, collating financial disclosure and researching points of law. She regularly attended client meetings, conferences with counsel and court hearings on the cases she worked on.
Alice studied French, English and American Law at University Paris Ouest. She subsequently completed their Bilingual Masters in French Law and Common Law, and an LLM in International Law and International Relations at the University of Kent. She subsequently achieved a Distinction on the Legal Practice Course from the University of Law.
