Kingsley Napley is pleased to announce that Claire Green has joined the firm as Chief Legal Officer.
Claire will lead the legal function at the firm and sit on the Management Board and Senior Leadership Team to provide legal support on implementing our strategy. As Chief Legal Officer, she will work alongside the firm’s General Counsel, David Smythe, a longstanding member of the firm focused in particular on risk and compliance. The appointment reflects the increasing sophistication of law firm management and Kingsley Napley’s commitment to operating as both a successful law firm and high performing business.
Claire joins from Mishcon de Reya where she was a Partner. Prior to that she spent 18 years at Taylor Vinters including 8 years at Partner level specialising in non-contentious and dispute matters in the technology sector.
