About the speakers
Shannett Thompson is a Partner in the Regulatory team and Chair of Kingsley Napley’s Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) & Allies network.
Jamie Gash is an IT Training and Change Manager at Kingsley Napley. Jamie has over 20 years’ experience in IT and change management, 14 of which have been within the legal technology sector.
Arvin Rajendram is a Technical Underwriting Officer for the International Casualty team at AIG. He joined AIG in 2015 through the graduate programme following a successful internship in 2014 and has since held a number of increasingly senior roles within casualty underwriting. He graduated from Queen Mary University of London in 2015 with a BSc in Business Management. Arvin is Co-Chair of the AIG UK Young Professionals Employee Resource Group and is an active champion for professional development and career progression for young professionals both within and outside AIG. He also represents AIG on the steering committee for the Insurance Institute of London Young Members Committee and WAVE, a cross-industry LGBTQ+ network that promotes diversity, inclusion, and the development of junior to mid-level professionals. Outside of work, Arvin enjoys travelling, visiting galleries and museums, cooking, and reading.
