Whether the client has their own personal wealth or received substantial awards of compensation, Kiran has experience in managing funds carefully in order to meet their lifetime needs. This involves working as collaboratively and pragmatically as possible with clients, their families and support teams.

Kiran makes applications to the Court of Protection on matters ranging from the appointment of a deputy to complex one-off applications such as statutory wills and gift applications. She also assists with investigating suspected financial abuse of a vulnerable individual and bringing or defending proceedings in the Court of Protection including disputes between property and financial affairs attorneys, contested deputyship applications, and misappropriated funds by deputies and attorneys. She also acts as a Court expert for deputyship and trust management costs in litigated cases.
