Government announces tough new late payment laws – what happens next?

Kingsley Napley is pleased to announce that Ed Turner will join the firm on 7th April as its new Chief Operating Officer.
Ed will sit on the Management Board and the Senior Leadership Team and will direct the operational functions of the firm. He will be responsible for operationalising the firm’s strategic priorities during what will be a period of transformation and growth in the years ahead, building competitive advantage and helping the firm work seamlessly with our clients.
Ed was previously a Management Board member at Mishcon de Reya following its acquisition of Taylor Vinters, a firm where he had overseen a period of sustained revenue and profit growth, helping it evolve from a regional firm to the leading law firm for Innovation and Entrepreneurship in the UK.
