Even Hollywood wives feel aggrieved about child support

 Sital Fontenelle, partner in Kingsley Napley's family & divorce team, shares her thoughts  in an article in the money section of The Sunday Times.

“You can also have asset-rich fathers — who have investmentsrather than income — not paying much maintenance,” said SitalFontenelle, a partner at Kingsley Napley law firm. “I’ve hadnumerous cases of unpaid maintenance and . . . men owing alump sum where he is abroad or his money is trust income, andit’s not easy to enforce payments.”
