Ilda de Sousa is a partner in the immigration team at Kingsley Napley. She is a South African qualified attorney and a British qualified solicitor who joined the firm in January 2010. Ilda has more than ten years of UK corporate immigration law experience, managing large company clients as well as handling complex matters for individuals, British nationality applications, appeals, judicial reviews and applications under European Law.
Jessica Clay is a partner in the legal services regulatory team. Jessica has a substantial practice advising law firms, including magic circle, global and boutique law firms, as well as partners and others working within firms and lawyers working in-house. Jessica also advises alternative legal services providers. She advises on a range of SRA-related matters, including authorisation and changes to business structures, reporting obligations, compliance and ethical standards, with a focus on matters relating to counter-inclusive behaviours and how these impact law firm culture.
Nina Perch-Nielson is an Attorney at Blue Lake Legal. She has organized company moves to Switzerland from an immigration perspective, advised entrepreneurs intending to set up a business in the country and facilitated mobility based on large as well as small companies’ needs. In addition to this she gives trainings on Swiss immigration law and assists clients with audits.
