• Advising a ‘designated body’ in respect of the permanent transfer of personal data (including both special category data and criminal history data) to a newly appointed designated body;
• Advising a real estate development finance firm with respect to its intragroup compliance regarding its Irish designated activity companies, including terms sheets, privacy policies, notices and its subprocessor arrangements;
• Advising the head of an independent health review on a suite of consultancy arrangements for the review team, together with advising on the terms of a data sharing agreement for use with multiple public sector entities and other data protection advice;
• Advising the creators of a learning engine that leverages audience insights of data subjects through smart use of technology and AI to craft marketing campaigns, powered by data, including video recordings and audio footage. We drafted and advised on a services agreement and letter informing data subjects of personal data sharing/processing;
• Advising a medical professional seeking to supply integrative health medicine on their: (i) cookies policy; (ii) privacy policy/notice; (iii) consumer service terms & conditions; and (iv) consent form to process health data.
