
About Nadjia
Nadjia has versatile experience supporting both employer clients and senior executives in a broad range of employment law matters, from advice on day-to-day matters, to grievances and disciplinaries, redundancies and Employment Tribunal litigation.
She has a special interest in complex discrimination and whistleblowing cases and those with a criminal and/or regulatory angle including sexual misconduct in the workplace.
Nadjia is meticulous and methodical in style and puts her clients at ease with her approachable nature and direct manner.
Nadjia is part of the firm’s ESG Group. She is also actively involved in the firm’s Social Mobility Group, within which she works on outreach projects to schools.
Nadjia studied Politics and Sociology before completing the GDL and LPC at the University of Law in London. She qualified as a solicitor in March 2019 and joined Kingsley Napley LLP in June 2020.
