New sentencing guidelines are now in force
Lydia Holland
Lydia is an associate in the Family and Divorce team and advises on all aspects of family law including divorce and separation, financial settlements, arrangements for children, cohabitation and nuptial agreements.
Lydia is a member of the team's modern family group. She joined Kingsley Napley as a paralegal in 2018 and completed her training contract in 2024, with seats in Family and Divorce, Real Estate, Private Client and Criminal Litigation.
Lydia studied Law at the University of Sheffield and graduated in 2015. She subsequently achieved a distinction in the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law, with a Masters in Professional Legal Practice, which focused on surrogacy law. Lydia is listed in the Pro Bono Recognition List 2025.
Lydia currently volunteers at the Queen Mary Legal Advice Clinic and is also a member of the firm’s Charities and Social Mobility Group.
