About Jo
Jo is Strategy Manager at Kingsley Napley, working closely with the Managing Partner, Senior Partner, Senior Leadership Team and Management Board to help shape, communicate and deliver the firm’s strategic priorities.
Her work sits at the intersection of strategy, governance, leadership communications and organisational change, helping translate long-term ambition into practical action.
Before joining Kingsley Napley in 2019, Jo built her career alongside senior leaders, boards and investors in investment banking and private equity, including roles at OMERS Private Equity, Terra Firma, HSBC and Rothschild. Her work has included supporting the development and launch of the firm’s current strategy, translating strategic priorities into firmwide goals and helping align strategic intent with delivery.
Jo also focuses on leadership communications, managing executive briefings, board papers, partner communications and leadership events. She has developed and delivered training programmes including Storytelling for Impact and Strategic Storytelling for Change.
Jo holds an MBA with Distinction from the University of Exeter and is a Chartered Manager, Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and Trustee of Bexley Mencap.
