Jess is an associate in the Real Estate team specialising in both residential and commercial property matters. Jess joined Kingsley Napley in 2019 and her clients include investors, high-net worth individuals, landlords and tenants.
 

Jess has particular expertise in the following areas:

  • Residential: acting for individuals and corporate investors in the acquisition and disposal of residential property, including portfolio sales
  • Landlord/Portfolio Management: acting for Landlords in respect of the management of their commercial properties, including dealing with lease renewals, licences to alter/underlet/assign
  • Lease Negotiations: acting for Landlord and Tenants in respect of new leases
  • Auctions: acting and advising on auction sales
  • Transfers of Equity: advising and acting in transfers of equity, including transfers pursuant to a court order

Prior to joining the Real Estate team in 2022, Jess worked as a trainee and paralegal across Kingsley Napley’s different practice areas. Prior to that, Jess worked in the Charity Sector, where she specialised in high-value and community fundraising at Macmillan Cancer Support and Comic Relief, respectively.
