Defending a relocation application – what to consider?

Alexandra is a Legal Director in the Family and Divorce team with experience of all types of private family law work relating to both finances and children.
Alexandra has particular experience in complex financial issues and private children cases in cases involving:
- Multifaceted financial disputes often involving trust and off-shore assets, businesses, family wealth or inheritance
- Pre and postnuptial agreements
- All issues concerning the arrangements for children, particularly cases involving parental alienation, intractable contact disputes, relocation within or outside of England and Wales and financial provision for children
- International elements including;
- International relocation (also known as leave to remove)
- Cross border matrimonial disputes
- Jurisdiction races
Alexandra offers practical and realistic advice and provides excellent care for her clients, working through technical legal problems pro-actively to achieve the best possible result. She was recently recognised for her work in Legal 500 2019, one of the leading legal directories in the UK.
She works closely with Kingsley Napley’s criminal team to support clients where family and criminal issues need to be considered in tandem.
After reading Theology at Durham University, Alexandra went on to complete the Graduate Diploma in Law and the Legal Practice Course at BPP Holborn both with Distinction. Alexandra trained at Kingsley Napley and qualified into the Family and Divorce team in September 2015.
