Iain Miller speaks about the ethical boundaries of Non Disclosure Agreements and gives guidance to law firms on the duties to their clients as well as to the court and wider public. This video was recorded on 21 February. The SRA has updated its guidance on NDA’s on 12 March which reinforced the points in Iain’s video.
