Public Sector Equality Duty

Public Sector Equality Duty is aimed at ensuring that public bodies play their part in making society fairer by tackling discrimination and providing equality of opportunity. Adam Chapman explains how they can do this by mainstreaming the duty “to have due regard” into everything they do.
