Women in financial services edge up, still below pre-pandemic levels

Despite its reputation for gender imbalance, today's financial services gender balance data released by the ONS is surprisingly positive. Niki Southern tells IFA magazine, Insurance Times, and Professional Adviser that to improve, institutions must align with societal trends, address cultural deterrents for female employees, eliminate discrimination, and adopt inclusive family and menopause policies.
