We are delighted to invite you to our business immigration breakfast briefing on Tuesday 3 November. This will be an in-person event at our central London office.
Immigration law moves fast so the topics will be finalised nearer the time. They are likely to include:
- Earned settlement: the government’s proposed changes to indefinite leave to remain
- Expansion of right to work checks to non-employees and indirect contractual relationships
- Temporary shortage list: narrowing the range of jobs which can be sponsored under the Skilled Worker route
Coffee and pastries will be served from 8.30am. The update itself and Q&A will run from 9.00am to 10.00am. You are welcome to stay afterwards for a chat and more refreshments until 10.30am.
If you would like to attend, please register your interest below. This briefing will be recorded so if you are unable to attend, please email us here and we will ensure this is sent to you.
