14 Maternity Trusts to be Scrutinised as Part of National Investigation

This continuation cements Tech Nation’s pivotal role in enabling top-tier global tech talent to join and contribute to the UK’s tech ecosystem. Over the years, Tech Nation has endorsed thousands of applicants, many of whom have gone on to found start-ups, scale companies, and strengthen the UK’s digital economy in every imaginable way. As Tech Nation looks to build on their great work, I hope they take this valuable opportunity to check in with the endorsement criteria to make sure the route continues to empower a broad, world-class spectrum of tech talent to thrive in the UK.
One of the best things Tech Nation has done in its role as endorsing body has been their commitment to nurturing its vibrant and ever-growing alumni network. This community of Global Talent visa holders, many of whom now lead high-growth start ups and invest in others, has become a cornerstone of the UK’s global tech leadership. Tech Nation’s continuation in its role as endorsing body hopefully means that it will continue to invest further in this network—supporting alumni with continued access to mentorship, resources, and opportunities to connect with the wider ecosystem.
This news brings reassurance following a period of uncertainty after Tech Nation’s government funding ended in 2023. Now operating as part of the Founders Forum Group, Tech Nation has not only maintained its operational continuity but is actively strengthening its long-term vision to champion global talent.
As the UK continues to position itself as a hub for innovation and entrepreneurship, Tech Nation’s renewed role hopefully sends a clear message: international tech leaders remain welcome, supported, and essential to the country’s growth story.
