Open Days

March Insight Month 2026 is nearly here - discover more about our training contracts, the interesting work we do, and life at Kingsley Napley!

We've designed both our in-person and virtual open days to give you a true insight into the firm, our practice areas, the types of clients we work for and what life is like as a trainee.

We want you to get a true picture of who we are and the work we do, what it’s like being a lawyer at KN, and why our culture is so unique. There will be panel discussions and opportunities for questions through-out the day, but rest assured, if you would just like to come and listen, that is absolutely fine as well. We look forward to seeing you.

The agenda

You’ll have the opportunity to learn more about…

  • The unique culture, values and history of Kingsley Napley
  • Our 12 different practices, and which might be right for you
  • What daily life is like as a trainee at Kingsley Napley
  • How you can maximise your chances of success with your application
  • Our commitments around diversity, equity and inclusion – and why they are so important
