The discussion will explore the realities of building a high-growth business, from navigating challenges and making key decisions to maintaining momentum as a founder.
This session is designed to give KN colleagues a better understanding of the founder mindset and the opportunities and pressures entrepreneurs face as they grow. It will be particularly valuable for anyone working with founders and entrepreneurial businesses, and how they can better support them.
