The Future HR Leaders’ Network brings together junior and emerging HR professionals to build relationships, share experiences, and develop their knowledge alongside others at a similar stage in their careers. Through a programme of educational and social events, we aim to create an open, supportive and inclusive community that helps shape the next generation of HR leaders.
Our next event will take place on Wednesday 11 November 2026 and will focus on one of the most significant employment law developments facing HR professionals today: Future Leaders: Future Changes – Unfair Dismissal and Sexual Harassment under the ERA 2025.
This interactive seminar will explore the practical impact of the latest employment law reforms, including changes to unfair dismissal rights and employers’ obligations in relation to preventing sexual harassment. Led by members of Kingsley Napley’s Employment team, the session will encourage discussion and the sharing of experiences, providing attendees with practical insights and an opportunity to consider how these changes may affect their organisations.
Following the seminar, there will be plenty of opportunity to continue the conversation over some food and drinks, while connecting with fellow HR professionals from a range of sectors and organisations.
