Overview
We assist a number of clients with the day to day asset management of their portfolios.
This includes:
- the grant of leases whether inside or outside of the security of tenure provisions of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954
- redevelopment of buildings on the relevant estate
- reviewing and advising on heads of terms
- collateral security (rent deposits, guarantors etc.) on any new letting
- title issues relating to the sites and wider regeneration considerations;
- day to day management including alienation or alteration provisions within a lease or filling void space with temporary occupiers, etc.
