About Shahirur
Shahirur is an Immigration Advisor, having joined Kingsley Napley as a Paralegal in 2011. He assists the Immigration department with a variety of cases.
Shahirur currently advises large corporate clients from the oil and gas , financial services and legal sectors on all areas of the Points Based System. He possesses an in depth knowledge on sponsor licence applications and Tier 2 compliance and frequently attends Home Office compliance visits.
Shahirur also holds expert knowledge on Schengen visas, Van der Elst visas and complex nationality issues. He regularly provides internal and external training on all aspects of Schengen visas, making him a strong asset to clients including high net worth individuals, start ups, and large corporate clients.
