OUR APPROACH TO MEDICAL MALPRACTICE AND CLINICAL NEGLIGENCE CLAIMS
We combine empathy with professionalism. We recognise that dealing with the law can be stressful in itself and we have built our practice on putting clients' interests first, making the legal system work to meet their needs rather than the other way round.
So first, we listen. Then we recommend the best course of action for that particular client and their individual medical negligence claim. We then begin gathering evidence, working with the best medical experts, medical negligence compensation experts and barristers.
We believe that it is very important for you to feel comfortable with your solicitor before you make your decision about who will deal with your clinical negligence claim. We are pleased to offer a complimentary initial conversation either over the telephone, or in a face-to-face meeting.
We are also able to offer advice on the long term management of awards of damages including advice and support on Deputyship involving the Court of Protection / Public Guardianship Office where a person is not capable of looking after their own affairs. We can establish trust funds where appropriate.
If you believe you may have a clinical negligence or personal injury claim, please contact the team by email at clinnegenquiries@kingsleynapley.co.uk or by calling 020 7814 1200.
