Yasmin joined Kingsley Napley in March 2021 as a Case Support Paralegal, before progressing to the role of Legal Assistant in September 2021.

Yasmin works for several regulators in professional disciplinary matters including the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), General Dental Council (GDC) and Teaching Regulation Agency (TRA).

Yasmin investigates and prepares a variety of fitness to practise cases relating to professional misconduct, ill-health and lack of competence.  Yasmin is responsible for interviewing witnesses, drafting witness statements and gathering and examining evidence.

Yasmin obtained an undergraduate degree in Psychology and Criminology before obtaining a Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL), and achieved a Masters in Law alongside the Legal Practice Course (LPC LLM) with Distinction.

Prior to joining Kingsley Napley, Yasmin worked as a Criminal Defence Paralegal where, having obtained her police station accreditation, advised and represented clients during police station interviews.
