William is a bilingual French speaker and a dual Franco-British national. He is a Fellow of the International Academy of Family Lawyers. He has almost 20 years’ experience advising clients and advises international families particularly with French or European connections. He has widely recognised experience in all areas of international family law including divorce, children and prenuptial agreements.

William’s clients are from the finance industry, and the professions. William has acted for numerous entrepreneurs and high-profile individuals from the worlds of film, television and sport.

Many of William’s clients require sensitive advice where there are jurisdiction choices and other international issues. Strategic decisions often need to be made at the difficult time of relationship breakdown and those decisions may affect the outcome of the entire case. William is frequently asked to give advice at these important and complex early stages.

William gives talks to family law specialists and wealth management advisors in French and in English on a frequent basis. He is frequently quoted in the press on international family law issues.
