NHS Resolution now covering claims against GPs: Possible benefits to patients
Subagarey joined Kingsley Napley in January 2018 as a Legal Assistant in the Regulatory department.
She is responsible for investigating and preparing fitness to practise cases relating to professional misconduct, ill-health, conviction, and lack of competence on behalf of the Health and Care Professions Council.
Subagarey studied Law at the London School of Economics and Political Science. She went on to undertake her BPTC and was called to the Bar at Lincoln’s Inn in November 2016.
She has had varied Regulatory experience; prior to joining Kingsley Napley, Subagarey worked for the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and the General Dental Council, where she assisted with Fitness to Practise and Disciplinary proceedings.
