Sian Lisle joined Kingsley Napley in September 2019 and is a Legal Assistant in the Regulatory team.
Sian is responsible for investigating and preparing fitness to practise cases on behalf of regulatory bodies in the healthcare sector.
Sian predominantly acts on behalf of the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and has experience in investigating complex matters involving professional misconduct, lack of competence and ill-health. She is competent in interviewing witnesses, drafting legal documents, and liaising with key stakeholders.
Outside of her work in the Regulatory team, Sian is actively involved in pro bono at Kingsley Napley and enjoys undertaking new projects to contribute to the wider community.
